Create a Pink Neon Text Effect Using Styles

Add Outer Glow Style

Select and enable the Outer Glow style.
In the Structure section:

Set Opacity to 100%.
Set the color to #FF24DA.

Verify all other settings match Screenshot 4:

Click OK to close the Layer Style dialog box.

Following are a few samples to demonstrate how this text effect will look when applied to various fonts. The samples below were chosen for their ability to show off this text affect. Results will vary depending on the font chosen. Therefore, this text effect might not be appropriate for every font.
